The only way to stop trolls is to stop feeding the trolls. I've just 
rewatched the video "Google I/O 2008 - Open Source Projects and 
Poisonous People" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-F-3E8pyjFo) - I would 
highly recommend to watch this.
