Thanks, I was aware of Eric's post.

Are the files available?  The efele.net site still has the Oct 8th 2012 version.
There is no Asia/Khandyga and Asia/Ust-Nera in that "shapefile"


(They appear to be contained in Vladivostok and Magadan)
