In short, the clocks will go back at the midnight between Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of April, and forward the midnight between Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th of September. Added two additional links to the more widely read El Mercurio, and to the Diario Oficial (flash-app) for 15 Feb, which conatins the actual text of the Decreto Supremo and clarifies that indeed this change is for this year only yet again.

I will prepare a patch Monday if no one else does so first.
