Surely this is a problem with these wikis -- they're using an English-language
time zone abbreviation in an Indonesian-language context, which is not right.

I notice that the original Indonesian Wikipedia <http://id.wikipedia.org/>
doesn't have this problem by default: signatures use UTC.  Perhaps the
other Wikipedias could follow its lead.
