[tz] Ukraine Time Change

Alexander Krivenyshev had written:

"The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine has submitted a bill
to abolish the daylight saving time.
If approved, new bill will go into effect on March 1, 2013 and
Ukraine will use UTC+2 year around"

Does anyone know what will be new time zone abbreviation since Ukraine used to have EET ?

Also,  the tz2013a does not have the Ukraine time change, was the bill approved and any update soon?
