... and Wrangel Island.  It's a good example for us,
as it lies on the 180th meridian.  It is controlled by Russia,
whose territorial claims are acknowledged by the American
government, but American Tea Party members dispute this and say
that Wrangel is U.S. territory.  They even dispute the name's
spelling: they say it should be "Wrangell".

Imagine the fun if we needed to add an entry for
Wrangel/Wrangell (current population: 1) to the tz database.
