The following quote is priceless:

During the summer of 1965, St. Paul police officers wore two watches because the police and fire departments used separate measures of time. Travelers on the thirty-five minute bus ride from Steubenville, Ohio, to Moundsville, West Virginia had to change their watches seven times.
