It's great when the Internet Archive has the resource one is looking for
but, of course, they don't *archive* everything. For this reason, I think
it would be great to use their "Save Page Now" feature for every new
URL that gets referenced in the TZ data.  That way we can be sure that
at least it makes it into the Internet Archive for future reference and,
hopefully, it'll be there for years to come (I hope they keep receiving
donations for their wonderful job).
