Apologies if this issue has already been raised, but I couldn't find any references in the mailing list's archives.
We run a high traffic website and have just updated it so that we can send out emails at the time set by the user. We thus implemented PyTZ as we have users from all over the world.
We included Kosovo as a country in our country list (requested by some users) but there is no matching timezone for it in the DB. We're assuming that the convention would dictate the one should add "Europe/Pristina" (the capital) and then it could use the same rules as for "Europe/Belgrade" or "Europe/Tirana" regarding the setting of time.
There is no official ISO code for Kosovo yet, though KS seems to be evolving as a standard.
