Hard to do with moving targets. Paul Eggert controls ids, removes
them, repurposes them as he likes. Now new terms appear, "Berlin
time", any major publication that uses this term? Berlin time vs Swiss
time. A Buesingen person will select Swiss time - why?
And Sevastopol does not belong to "Crimea" - whatever that term means
in any of the instances where Paul Eggert uses it:

How shall localization be done, if the content is not even
understandable in English, the project language?
