[tz] Egypt to change back to Daylight system!

We have heard from our local Oracle support engineers, that they will be providing 2 different packages. One for tomorrow night and the other for after tomorrow. 

Would you please comment on that?

OK, but we're talking the Egyptian government here.  Logic is secondary.

I have changed the May 15 guess to 24:00 and a new official release is now out.  I'll send an annoucement shortly.
