The translation would need to be:
(Hanoi after 10/1954 and Hai Phong from the end of the month 5/1955.)
but would that not require "sau" (after), rather than "từ" (from or "since"),
or else "từ đầu" ("from the beginning of" or 'from the start of'),
which would exclude 10.11.1954 (10 November 1954).
