[tz] Repository for older tzdata/tzcode?

Alain,

The IANA site lists FTP access at ftp://ftp.iana.org/tz/; therein you can
find past releases in the 'releases' directory.  Although, depending on how
you intend to use the data, you should seriously consider using the latest
version (2014i) as it contains changes which take effect very soon.
