[tz] Cayman Islands considering DST

The Cayman Island Chamber of Commerce survey results are in, and 63 of 
113 (56%) of respondents surveyed supported DST.  The Cayman Islands 
government seems to be favoring DST, under the argument that it will 
benefit the islands' financial and tourism sectors.  The government says 
it will decide by the end of this year, with DST coming into effect as 
soon as 2015.
