Since there is no official or habitual abbreviation in use as I've 
mentioned before, I assume it will be right to use the standard approach 
mentioned in this discussion previously which suggested either MINT or 
BYT. I assume MINT is more correct abbreviation for "Minsk time", so I 
personally would pick this one.
