Spectacles are indeed planned.  North Korea has invited the Slovenian 
avant-garde music group Laibach to perform at its Liberation of Fatherland Day 
celebrations.  Laibach is currently not scheduled to perform until August 19, 
though, so I guess they won't be part of any clock-changing ceremony.  For more
