January is fertile ground for proposed daylight-saving legislation. In addition
to Oregon, we have:

Schwartz H. New Mexico to consider dumping daylight saving time change.
Washington Post 2015-01-29.

Dunsmoor B. South Dakota legislation: daylight saving time all the time.
KELOLAND 2015-01-28.

Folsom G. Lawmaker proposes permanent Daylight Saving Time in Washington. Yakima
Herald 2015-01-23.

Winslow B. New bills would drop Utah from back and forth of Daylight Saving
Time. Fox 13 Salt Lake City 2015-01-31.

Hollyfield A. Sen. Darren Soto wants to keep Florida on daylight-saving time all
year. Tampa Bay Times 2013-01-08.

Ending daylight saving time, PFD protection among bills pre-filed by Alaska
legislators. Fairbanks Daily News-Miner 2015-01-09.

Williams P. Queensland election 2015: Greens propose daylight saving trial and
referendum. ABC (Australia) 2015-01-28.

In a couple of cases, this years' proposals have already died:

Rawls P. Senator shelves plan for permanent daylight saving time. Montgomery
(Alabama) Advertiser, 2015-01-26.

Van Vetzer R. Arizona lawmaker withdraws daylight-saving time bill. Arizona
Republic 2015-01-12.
