I'm not sure what you mean by that; there is no fourteenth month. (As
you yourself say, month–day order is mostly a US thing, not an
international one.)

Pi Day on 3/14 is a US thing pretty much by definition.

The rest of the world sometimes celebrates Pi Approximation day on 22/7.
