Hi,

Turkey will end Daylight Saving Time
<http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/> (DST) two weeks later than
normal. Clocks will be turned back one hour from 4:00 (4 am) to 3:00 (3
am) local time on Sunday, November 8, 2015.

2015f does not seem to have the respective change.
