Another case of pacific island madness:-

IATA has been advised that Norfolk Island will change the country’s
Standard Variation
from +1130 to +1100. The new Standard Variation will be effective as of 4
October 2015
at 0200 local time.

(Imposed by the govt in Canbara on that other little Island).
