[tz] California keeps DST (to help its crops grow?!)

 Reminds me of the time one of my chemical engineer friends told me a joke about an EPA lawyer…  One scientist said that he got the pH of some compound to 7, then the EPA lawyer said: “That’s not good enough, get it down to zero!”
