Looks like these bills are being planned for first reading in
October.

Looks like that bill was approved in the first reading by the State
Duma.  The second and the third readings can happen next week or this
Friday.  Then the Federation Council can approve the bill on
2016-06-29.  Text from the first reading schedules transition on
2016-07-03 at 2:00.  The date can be amended before the second reading
(amended text will likely be known by Friday).
