Healthcare committee of the State Duma proposed that the bill will be
approved in the second and the third readings on 2016-06-21.  The bill
was amended to change transition date to 2016-07-24.

Given that next sitting of the Federation Council is scheduled on
2016-06-29 it is likely that the bill will be signed by the President
and published as a law around 2016-07-04.
