My apologies, I sent wrong Law project number and card link.

Actually there are 2 Projects of Law. One I sent (by Deputy Alimova) is
suspended because Saratov Regional Duma made another one.

Project of Law from Saratov Regional Duma is №1083558-6 and it's
approved in 1st read by Russian Duma.
