[tz] Hungary considers moving to +02 year-round

A bill to put Hungary on permanent EET (+02) has passed a parliament 
committee unanimously. The full parliament is scheduled to vote on it 
next week. Presumably this would require coordination with the EU, which 
may mean delays before the change would take effect. See:
