Thanks for bringing this up. The last time I checked, I found few 
English-language instances of "SLST" standing for time in Sri Lanka. I just now 
checked again, and although I found more usage, it cannot be said to have taken 
off. For now, as I mentioned earlier on this mailing list (see the thread ending 
in <http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/tz/2016-April/023542.html>) I'm inclined to 
switch to numeric time zone abbreviations like "+0530" for Sri Lanka. We can 
switch to "SLST" later if it catches on in the broader English-language 
community. Proposed patch attached.
