that Mongolia ends DST on October 1 at 3.00 am (night of September 30 - 
October 1)- the clock will be moved one hour earlier.
"Winter time" (standard time) will continue until March 25, 2017 ....


... other news below stated that DST ends on Sep 26 at 3am (night of Sep 
25-Sep 26) ?
