[tz] Fiji DST change?

I thought the law for Fiji was no change unless announced by Cabinet,  but
there is no such publication on the Fiji site.... yet...

Previous announcements were made under

Don't doubt that IATA got something from somewhere....   And if IATA
publishes, we ourselves will follow....
