Hmm, I now see that when I click on the last link in 
https://data.iana.org/time-zones/tz-link.html it tries to take me to 
https://data.iana.org/time-zones/tz-art.htm but I get an Error 404 
there. Conversely, in the source the former file is called "tz-link.htm" 
but the URL https://data.iana.org/time-zones/tz-link.htm does not work 
either.

Perhaps we should simplify things by renaming tz-link.htm to 
tz-link.html and similarly rename tz-art.htm to tz-art.html. This should 
make these sorts of typos less likely.
