Since DEPRECATE_TWO_DIGIT_YEARS is used in an if statement, shouldn't this
be -DDEPRECATE_TWO_DIGIT_YEARS=true ? Otherwise it expands to
if ( && warn != IN_NONE ...
which obviously won't compile.
