[tz] Palestine Summer Time

Hi,

Palestine summer time will start on Mar 25th 2017 as per many local news
agencies which published the news of the Palestinian cabinet meeting of
March 14th which included the government decision of starting the summer
time on Mar 25th 2017.

However the decree it self is still not uploaded on the cabinet website,
also the exact time of the shift was not mentioned,

this affects Asia/Gaza & Asia/Hebron time zones, please find below links to
