[tz] Turkey law about DST has been annulled

Thanks for keeping us up to speed with Turkish politics. In related news 
Serdar Denktas, the minister of finance for the Turkish part of Cyprus, 
has said they'll stay in sync with Turkey, ignoring complaints from the 
teachers' association (two pupils and a bus driver were killed last year 
while going to school in the dark). See:
