São Tomé and Príncipe is about to do the following on Jan 1, 2019:

“O Conselho de Ministros, relativamente a hora legal de São Tomé e
Príncipe, decidiu que a partir de 1 de Janeiro de 2019 será reposta a nossa
hora secular”

I don't read Portuguese but this sounds like a change.  Old news?  I don't
see any discussion of this in
