Yes, though all should note that this group really has little to do with the 
IETF or IANA - they recoghnised the usefulness of the work done here,
and agreed to provide a location from which to distribute the results
which was likely to remain more stable than just using the resources
of (the employer of) whoever is the tz co-ordinator from time to time.

But that's about it.
