states UTC+5 so assuming that is correct Indian/Kerguelen which is also in the
antarctic part of the French TOM Territoire d'Outre-Mer TAAF Terres Australes et
Antarctiques Françaises (ISO 3166 TF gTLD .tf)

makes sense, although the permanently populated administrative centre in
Indian/Reunion is closer in longitude!

I ignored sites saying Reunion or Crozet were UTC+3 or Paris+2, or Paris+3 with
no date.

Searching for fuseau horaire Archipel Crozet eliminates a lot of the hits
otherwise shown for Crozet, FR and Crozet, VA.
