Actually because we are in the US we could share the IATA's 
tzdb-relevant information as long as we did it in our own way. It is 
long-settled US copyright law that although you can copyright your 
creative representation of data, you cannot copyright data per se, and 
the IATA license is evidently worded with this in mind.
