    The gist of these sources is clear:
     • the tod of the switch to DST and back in Vancouver
       was from 02 to 03 and from 02 to 01;
     • while the switch in Victoria was at midnight.
     • Finding out the dates and times of day of the
       switches at other locations in BC (and the rest
       of Canada) is a major undertaking.
