Bill 205 was not passed.  It was defeated on April 11 2019 as shown here https://web2.gov.mb.ca/bills/41-3/billstatus.en.pdf

There was a new law that was passed this year in Canada that Manitoba will not observe DST change, instead remaining in Central Standard Time.

Our customer is requesting the fix before the March 8th when DST begins.
The bug has been reported today.

Could you please fix it or point me to the existing fix? Thanks a lot!
