Thanks for catching that; I misinterpreted that ordinance. I installed the 
attached further patch. This uses the "CWT" / "CPT" abbreviations used elsewhere 
in North America, if only for consistency (I have no historical sources for the 
phrases or abbreviations actually used for Belize time during WWII).
