Thanks again. I installed the attached proposed patch to incorporate your 
citations for Bermuda. I added a citation for the 1930-01-01 transition from 
Bermuda Mean Time to -04. For this patch I also invented the abbreviations BMT 
and BST for Bermuda Mean Time and Bermuda Summer Time, since we can't use 
numeric offsets as abbreviations here for the usual reasons.

Ghana should be next.
