[tz] Terminology: “Central European Summer Time” vs “Europe/Berlin”

    Well, "timezone identifier" occurs in titles, but the text in
    theory.html says
      "Each timezone has a name that uniquely identifies the timezone."
    and the text usually says "timezone name".
