[tz] "official" zone name alternatives via Link records

That is actually correct, I checked the Palestinian Central Bereau of
Statistics (https://www.pcbs.gov.ps/site/lang__en/803/default.aspx) and
found the following 2021 projected mid-year population:

   - Jerusalem (J1, or East Jerusalem): 304,444
   - Hebron (Al Khalil): 221,136
   - Gaza: 645,576
