Neither do I, click "Not Now", can only browse, but the only news update I found 
is self-explanatory:

about the right ToD, but nothing more substantive about the time change as yet.

There is more coverage on time and date sites than the media via search engines: 
perhaps there will be more coverage in tomorrow's media.
