Nor the time in Chihuahua's interior which is on CST like Ojinaga.
The airline can check the IATA SSIM Schedule Time Zones for CUU/MMC Chihuahua 
and CJS/MMCS Ciudad Juarez to confirm the changes (Ojinaga has no airport).
