Hm, I wonder what you guys would do if your country was attacked by an 
aggressor.

The whole discussion if and why to change the spelling to Kyiv is 
obsolete if the change has already been made in the repo, and even 
though usually a new version of the DB is only released if some TZ rule 
was changed, it should not be too hard to simply release a new version 
now, due to the specific situation, and don't wait until another country 
decides to stick with or abolish DST.

I'm sure this would calm down this discussion immediately.
