Actually, the name shown in UN M49, "Standard country or area codes for statistical use," is still "Turkey":

and the Online Browsing Platform for ISO 3166 still shows "Turkey" and "the Republic of Turkey":

despite the claims seen in various places that "it's been officially changed everywhere." This may be only a matter of time, though.
