    While you are reviewing the description of Mexican local time
    scales, you might also remove the inconsistency between the
    longitude -097°30′00″ of America/Matamoros in zone.tab and
    the (incorrect) offset of -06:40:00 h presently used for
    local mean time at Matamoros.
