There is a issue with Daylight Saving Time (DST) for Chile/Santiago (South America). Based on some sites like https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/chile/santiago and https://www.bcn.cl/leychile/navegar?i=1179983&f=2022-08-13 (oficial Chile resolution)
