[tz] In the news: Russia wants to put illegally occupied regions to Moscow Time

There appears to be a mistake in this article. It says "In March 2014, the
time zone in Crimea was officially aligned with Moscow's, placing the
peninsula two or three hours ahead of Ukraine." However, I don't believe
Moscow and Ukraine were ever 3 hours apart.
