<p dir="auto">It looks like RedHat shipped 2021b as-is but Debian cherry-picked.</p>

<p dir="auto">I am leaning towards the Debian approach and cherry-pick the Samoa and Jordan changes.</p>

<p dir="auto">I would also like to hear from other distributors.</p>
